Max Anton is a professional media producer and amateur naturalist. His interest in mollusks was sparked while volunteering with the Houston Museum of Natural Science as a teenager. Now working as an exhibit developer for that museum, he designs educational experiences to inspire the next generation of explorers and citizen scientists.   

Max's other interests include art, ancient history, deep sea diving, and the relationship between faith and science. He enjoys drawing, audiobooks, and playing guitar when he's not exploring the wilderness or working.
